300 East Main

Adding more of what everyone loves!

300 East Main will continue to be the epicenter of Carrboro’s vibrant nightlife — with the newly expanded Cat’s Cradle and longtime performance landmark The ArtsCenter, as well as your other favorite shops and restaurants remaining open as we expand into a mixed-used center.

Carrboro’s first hotel and a free parking deck will be the first additions, opening in spring 2013. The 142-room, LEED-certified Hampton Inn & Suites will be on the upper floors, allowing for 18,100 square feet of new retail and restaurant space on the first-floor, fronting East Main Street.

Over the next several years, we will be adding more retail, restaurant, and Class A office space to the site, all sited along an expansive pedestrian plaza.
